JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For quashing of letter No.1045 dated 24.02.2023 issued by Housing Board whereby and whereunder they have refused to allot Plot No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5786 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 F/415 and F-416 situated at Lohiya Nagar Patna to Petitioner on the ground that there is no provision for direct allotment of Plot under Bihar State Housing Board (Management and disposal of Housing Estates) Regulation, 1983.

(ii). For direction to the Respondent to allot Housing Board's Plot No. F/415 and F-416 situated at Lohiya Nagar Patna, to the petitioner for running old age Home and others social welfare purposes."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
