ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 A report was called for from the office indicating as to the date on which the order dated 22.4.2015 had been transmitted to the court below. But it appears from the E-mail dispatch report that till date the same has not been communicated due to some inadvertence by the office.

In view of such facts and circumstances, let the order dated 22.4.2015 granting the benefit of anticipatory bail be read as under :

"Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within three weeks from the date of communication of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43753 of 2014 (4) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.77 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure."

Let a copy of this order along with the order dated 22.4.2015 be transmitted to the court below i.e., the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, at the earliest. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
