JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.6026 of 2018 and, this Court, vide order dated 6.2.2018, rejected the same with a direction to the petitioner to surrender but, till date, he has not surrendered before the court below.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today, in failure, the police will take steps to secure the presence of the petitioner before the court below.
