ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being mother-in-law and father-in-law are apprehending their arrest in connection with Riga P.S.Case No. 70/2014 instituted under Sections 302,201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody and the petitioners have played no role. He further submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are old persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on
