====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for directing the Respondents 1st set not to transfer the petitioner from Adarsh Centre Jail Patna to any other jail situated outside district of Patna till the Assembly Election of 2015 come to end."

The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15580 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 present writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time, inasmuch as the Assembly Election of the year, 2015, has not only come to an end, but thereafter, fresh Assembly Elections have also been held in the year, 2020. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
