JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2017 At the very outset, learned State Counsel submits that since the present writ petition pertains to selection of Constables pursuant to an advertisement , which was published long back in the year 2004 and as such the petition deserves to be rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner was also not in a position to satisfy the court any reason for passing any favourable order.
