ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mojahidpur P.S.Case no. 83 of 2013 instituted under Sections 341, 324,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only because of step mother of the informant. It is further submitted that the entire allegation, as taken in the FIR, is against the father of the informant and not against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
