Petitioner is accused in connection with Pothia (Paharkatta) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the I.P.C.

The allegation is that 20 miscreants entered in the house of brother of the informant and started firing and throwing bomb, as a result of which, his brother became injured. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43865 of 2016 (5) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Pothia (Paharkatta) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016.
