The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 272, 273,379 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner was made accused in the instant case on the basis of suspicion. He was not named in the FIR. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused Ranjit Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. No. 39839 of 2018 vide order dated 12.7.2018.

No.75075 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
