In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.788 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the complainant.
