The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 dated 21.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

A clinic was allegedly being run in violation of Bihar Clinic Establishment Act and from the raid made on the clinic, many articles used in such clinics were recovered. One prescription also was found in the clinic which apparently was signed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26407 of 2020(3) dt.03-12-2020 2/2 submitted that there is some dispute with respect to the identity of the petitioner and that the FIR also appears to have been lodged after about six days of the occurrence. Apart from this, it has been urged that one of the accused persons viz. Dr. Sanjay Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
