The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather the F.I.R. has been lodged against two unknown accused persons. Nothing incriminating has bee recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.02.2020.
