ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 3.4.2014.

Today, the Petitioner is present and he submits that he is keeping his wife well but it is difficult to arrive at the truth in view of the conflicting stands.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 3.4.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms. From henceforth, the amount of Rs.750/- was directed to be paid to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the order dated 3.4.2014 is increased to Rs.7,500/- per month.
