The petitioner is accused in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, registered under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation the witnesses, whose statement have been recorded as detailed in paragraphs 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the case diary, in which, they have stated about committing robbery by this petitioner and one Bablu. Further submission is that while petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2016 but he has not put on T.I. Parade for identification by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.199 of 2017 (4) dt.19-04-2017 the informant as the informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
