2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 326A/34 IPC, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27244 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering the fact that a compromise has entered into between the parties and they are residing in a same house.
