Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.03.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 3485 of 2010, Tr. No. 3732 of 2012 pending before the S.D.J.M. Muzaffarpur.
