The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sigouri P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No. 9069 of 2018 for the offense under Sections 30(a) and 37(B) (C ) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.9.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Sigouri P.S.
