The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 504, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the 11 named accused persons as also 10 unknown accused came and started to hurl abuses. On the informant asking them not to abuse, the accused persons started to assault him and one Abdul rasid @ Babloo fired on him causing firearm injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Even as per the allegations in the FIR the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the allegation is mainly against coaccused Abdul Rashid. The petitioner is in custody since

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case no. 264 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
