2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Mansi Rail P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022 lodged on 10.01.2022 for offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 465, 471, 472, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused persons with an allegation that he used to take money on the pretext of providing government job.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. Name of

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail .

6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application of the petitioners shall stands rejected.
