The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 423 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per allegation, incorporated in the first information report, some persons including the petitioner came upon the house of the informant and she having broken the bamboo wall, fled away and thereafter, accused persons went inside and set her hut on fire. It is further submitted that there is previous enmity between the informant and the accused persons with regard to fishing and on account of the earlier dispute, petitioner has been

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner is an old man and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
