In this case, the petitioner has confined his prayer that Resolution passed by the Committee dated 14.09.2018 with respect to the wait list candidates about 15 in number, be allowed to join the post subject to result of C.W.J.C. No.1713 of 2018 as well as M.J.C. Nos. 1767 of 2016 and 347 of 2018 and any appointment will be governed by the outcome of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22392 of 2013 dt.20-05-2019 2/2 aforesaid cases, but learned counsel for the petitioner submit that even after, the aforesaid Resolution has not been carried out by the Department.
Let the respondents take into consideration its own resolution and take decision with regard to its implementation at the earliest preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
