The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 350/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners along with other accused persons having armed with different weapons came. Suresh Singh pointed pistol on his temple and on the order of Suresh Singh, other accused persons assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 349/2016. Both the parties entered into mutual assault. The petitioners also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24065 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 got injuries. The informant Ram Naresh Singh got lacerated wound. Both the injuries are simple in nature. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. It appears that there is case and counter case and both the parties entered into mutual assault in which informant got simple injury and the petitioners also got injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 350/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
