This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
