JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-02-2016 Since not only the issue raised is disputed with regard to participation of the petitioner in the examination of Teachers Training for the session 1985-87 for which examination was held in the year 1991 but also coupled with the fact that the petitioner kept quite on the issue for more than two decades and has only tried to somehow raise a grievance to make out a case at this belated stage. The Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner however, may take recourse to law by moving civil court of competent jurisdiction where evidence may be
