Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol, one cartridge as well as stolen ornaments and cash are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 6.7.2016. The impugned order goes to show that the petitioner confessed before police that he as well as Md Golden had committed theft in the house of Shyam Kishore Ram and the seized ornaments were stolen property of the aforesaid person. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
