The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 36, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that liquor was being unloaded in front of the house of petitioner no. 1. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are female and investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30750 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 above named, who are in custody since 19.02.2021, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
