BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1. (i) That by way of this writ application petitioner seeks indulgence of the Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate writ (s)/order (s)/direction (s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to make payment of legally admitted dues to the tune of Rs. 58,25,735/- (Fifty eight Lakhs twenty five thousand and seven hundred thirty five only) interest to the petitioner whose late husband executed the work assigned to him by the Minor Irrigation Department for renovation of Sarkanda Ahar Pyne Irrigation system under Govindpur Block of Nawada District vide Supplementary agreement member SBD-01 (A) 2015-16 dated 19-3-2016 which has not been paid by the Respondents in absence of allotment of fund as demanded by the Executive Engineer Minor Division, Nawada

Patna High Court CWJC No.5827 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 vide Irrigation letter no. 315 dated 29-4-2017 contains in Annexure-8 of this writ application.

(ii) Further for issuance of appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondents to which the petitioner is entitle too in the facts and circumstances of this case."

The concerned authority is hereby directed to take note of the grievance of the petitioner and the same shall be considered in accordance with law, such consideration shall be within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
