JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the first information report, it appears that the informant, Mahamandeleshwar Sri Mahanth Ram Ratan Das Mahatyagi Jee Maharaj has alleged that petitioners have misappropriated a sum of Rs. 26 lacs which belonged to Mahanth Sri Ganga Das but then in the first information report there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. In view of submissions, as above, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48053 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha PS case No. 137/2014, subject to conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
