The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.70 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020, (CIS No.282/20) registered for the offences under sections 272, 273, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is
