The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kawakole P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354B, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is a case of out and out false implication as the complainant/informant has lodged the present case as an after thought after lapse of eight days. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that actually there was some dispute regarding the drainage situated near their houses. As such the informant on the instigation of jealous neighbours and villagers had instituted the present case. However, he submits that subsequent thereto, the parties have come to an

Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint case and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S.
