JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he has received oral instructions that the land acquisition proceeding in question has been withdrawn, but no such order has been communicated to the petitioners. Learned AC to AG appearing on behalf of the respondents, on the other hand, submits that, in fact, the Land Acquisition Case No. 24 of 2011-2012 has not been withdrawn, rather due to lack of fund the matter was not proceeded further. Therefore, no further action is proposed to be taken at the moment. In above view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty that if cause of action so arises
Patna High Court CWJC No.14387 of 2013 (7) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 the petitioners may move this Court or competent authority for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands in question. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
