The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that son of the informant was married with daughter of the petitioner. It is further alleged that there was altercation between husband and wife. The son of informant was called by his Sadhu Kishundeo Rai on 5.4.2018 for getting the issue settled. The informant on 6.4.2018 got information that dead body of his son is lying in the wheat field.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion because he is

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Pooja Devi who is mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 65704 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief judicial Magistrate-X, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
