Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014 registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation is of cruelty and torture for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Thereafter, she was ousted from the matrimonial house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that informant is not ready to live with her husband and divorce case is also pending in between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016.

No.47983 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014.
