JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this bail application on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties and all the offences are bailable except sections 354, 354 (A) and 354 (B) of the I.P.C. which are not made out against these petitioners. A joint compromise petition has also been filed in the court below and as such the petitioners want to surrender in the court below.

Considering that the matter has been compromised and good sense has prevailed between the parties and as such the petitioners are directed to surrender in connection with Sherghaty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48795 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2014 before S.D.J.M. Sherghaty, Gaya and seek regular bail and then the learned court below after ascertaining genuineness of the compromise petition shall pass appropriate order accordingly preferably on the same day. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
