The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C-81(7) of 2016 under Bihariganj Police Station registered under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of recovery of 4 liters illicit country made liquor, kept in a plastic gallon, from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.08.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.132 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura, in connection with C-81(7) of 2016 under Bihariganj Police Station.
