Petitioner seeks bail in Sikti P.S. Case No.176 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.1272 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. About 109 liters of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and three others who managed to flee away. Petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2018. Petitioner has remained in jail for two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Araria in connection with Sikti P.S.
