Petitioners seek bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation. Allegations levelled are, in fact, general and omnibus in nature. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case under section 304 I.P.C. Petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50021 of 2016 (5) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016.
