The report of the Superintendent of Police has been received, vide Letter no. 46 dated 31.12.2021. It has been mentioned in the report that Md. Nasim has two wives. His first wife, whose name is Zubeda Khatoon (the complainant) with whom Md. Nasim solemnized marriage about 14-15 years back and from the wedlock of his first wife, he has 01 son and 03 daughters. Subsequently, the petitioner, Md. Nasim solemnized marriage with his second wife about 5 years back, whose name is Halima Khatoon and from the wedlock of his second wife, Md. Nasim has 2 daughters.
