The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 344 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the occurrence of assault, the petitioner allegedly caused injury with iron rod on the head of the husband of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive material to substantiate the allegation under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Rest of the Sections are bailable.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49244 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 For a petty reasons, there was some differences between the parties and for the said reason, the present case has been instituted against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 344 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Jyoti Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
