Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in the F.I.R. is that for land dispute, the petitioner fired causing injury at the shoulder of the informant. The case diary would reveal that the pellet was removed by the referred Doctor.

Submission of the petitioner is that entire statement of treatment is false one as the petitioner got information under Right to Information Act that there is no compounder bearing name as disclosed by the informant, to have removed the pellet, in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43233 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 04.01.2016.

Considering the nature and seriousness of the allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, prayer is refused.
