This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omni bus allegation of commission of assault for land dispute.

Co-accused has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13988 of 2017 after considering the fact that the learned Sessions Judge, in the impugned order, had not recorded that there was any serious injury to any of the injured.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 349 of 2016 to the
