JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 The petitioner challenges order of respondent no.5 dated 16.10.2012, cancelling his PDS License no.9/2007 on the ground that the SDO while relying on an enquiry report, without its service to him, cancelled his license. He submits that he has been acquitted in the criminal case filed under the EC Act.

As the submission of the petitioner has substance, the impugned order is kept in abeyance and the matter is remanded to the SDO for passing fresh order within three months from the date of receipt of this order, after giving the petitioner personal hearing.
