Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner and others kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also supported the allegation.

Submission is that entire statement would reveal that the matter is of some previous affairs as she was taken to different places including Mumbai, however, she did not make any protest. Co-accused Mukesh Ram has already been allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 3.

No.26329 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwa Police Station Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
