JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.04.2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in Haya Ghat P.S. Case No.4 of 2014 as well as Tr. No.3219/15/G.R. No.31/14 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate has cancelled the bail bond and issued nonbailable warrant against the petitioner. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel, after some arguments, that the petitioner would be surrendering in the court below and prays that the matter be considered on the same day. This Court is not inclined to express any opinion on the merits of the submissions advanced by the petitioner. The application is disposed of.
