Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are women. It is next submitted that police after investigation submitted charge-sheet based on which cognizance came to be taken and thus petitioners apprehend their arrest. It is further submitted that police during the course of investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28698 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 never felt the need of arresting the petitioners, as such no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioners to jail. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are women and petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 545 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
