On account of recovery of firearms, petitioner happens to be under custody since 09.06.2016. As per Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner lacks criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Rabindra Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udawantnagar P. S. Case No.230 of 2016.
