2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 354, 504, 506, 379, 325 , 385 and 34 of the IPC .

3 . As per prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of informant with spade due to which father of informant sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .

4. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
