Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with respect to petitioner no. 2.

The petition with respect to petitioner no. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the informant and the State.

The petitioner no. 1 seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 351 of 2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.617 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/3 dated 19.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the narration made in the F.I.R., it appears that there was some dispute between the neighbours as a result of which this occurrence was taken place. So far as the petitioner is concerned, allegation against him is very general and he is only alleged to have pushed the father of the informant.

It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 that he is only the servant of Vashistha Singh with whom the informant has dispute.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner no. 1, the petitioner no. 1, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
