2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code but later on Section 302 of Indian Penal Code has been added and charge sheet has been submitted under Section 498A/306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant was administered poison by her husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main culprit is the informant himself. He had taken the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25061 of 2024(3) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 ornaments of the deceased and was not returning them due to which the deceased consumed poisonous substance and died. Learned counsel has also submitted that two children of the deceased in paragraph no. 32 and 33 of the case diary have also stated the same. He has further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the IPC.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
