Petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur PS Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Section 393 of the IPC. It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is of failed attempt to snatch bag of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2018 and after his implication in this case his name has been implicated in Pirpainty PS Case No. 52 of 2018. Merely on the basis of suspicion the petitioner has been arrested as name of the accused has not been disclosed by the informant in the FIR. Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released
